PalliPain is a medical office that is focused on caring for patients with significant illnesses causing severe pain and other symptoms. With modern medicine allowing us to treat diseases longer and live longer, we should be able to treat the symptoms of these diseases to be able to live long quality lives.

We understand how hard it is to focus on your life when you're constantly feeling bad from symptoms such as pain, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Our office focuses on managing those symptoms while working in conjunction with local specialists to make sure you're getting the best options for your life limiting illnesses.

Dr. Zameer Gill is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine. He trained in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York where he found his passion for caring not just for patients but for families of patients with serious illnesses. After his residency, he moved to Washington DC to complete his fellowship in Hospice & Palliative Medicine at MedStar Washington Hospital. There he was able to further delve into the field of Palliative Medicine and the complexities of managing difficult symptoms for patients with serious illnesses. Training in our nations capital also allowed him to experience caring for patients in a very wide range of settings and locations.

He then moved to Georgia and spent 10 years building and leading a successful community Palliative Care program. In 2025, he began practicing at PalliPain to continue that service to his patients and community. He is passionate about helping people with significant illnesses try and have a great quality of life.
